First annual user meeting of PANACEA
From Tuesday 18 October 2022
To Wednesday 19 October 2022

The first annual user meeting will take place in Lyon, on the 18th-19th of October 2022.

User meetings are organized yearly to bring together the users of the 8 research infrastructure of PANACEA, the consortium partners as well as key stakeholders. The annual meeting will showcase research carried out at the access sites and promote the new solid-state NMR methodologies developed by project participants to probe difficult systems. These meetings are expected to foster interactions between users and the consortium partners.

First-time NMR users are particularly encouraged to register.

In particular, the meeting will provide a unique forum to discuss enhancements that are needed to facilitate user’s research.

A user committee will be established during the first user meeting, which will be a key discussion body to monitor user expectations. Their representatives, elected during the user committee, will provide advices from the users’ perspectives on the operations of PANACEA, on emerging needs and on the evolution of the service offered. I f you are interested in being user’s representative, please contact us.

The meeting will start on Tuesday October the 18th in the morning and will end with a banquet dinner organized in the city center of Lyon. A workshop dedicated to industrial users will be organized on the day after, on October the 19th.

Industrial users are encouraged to register to the user meeting and to the industrial workshop.

Between Rhône and Saône, Lyon is a vibrant city, rich in architectural, cultural and gastronomic treasures, and is ideally located in Europe.
