On October 13th, the CNRS team in Lyon hosted physics and chemistry students as part of the "Fête de la Science," an event celebrating science. The visit included introductions to the CNMR laboratory, spectrometers, and hands-on workshops exploring NMR-related chemical reactions. The event aimed to bridge the gap between science and society, inspire students, and promote solid-state NMR education.

The uniqueness of this triple-channel low temperature solid-state DNP probe lies in separate radiofrequency channels for 1H and 19F Larmor frequency, thus enabling independent pulsing on both proton and fluorine nuclei.

PANACEA organized a lunch workshop at EUROMAR 2023 in Glasgow. Around 70 people participated, and we met potential new users!

The workshop "Solid-state NMR methods for studying quadrupolar nuclei” has been held at the Radboud University in Nijmegen from June 12th to June 16nd 2023.

Solid sorbents that can selectively capture CO2 are a preferable alternative to surpass the limitations of scrubbing liquid amine technology.

Mesoporous silicas functionalised with primary and tertiary amines were prepared and dosed with 13CO2 under dry and wet conditions and the structure of CO2 species formed was monitored by ssNMR.

The workshop was held from the 31th of August to the 2nd of September at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland) gathering 15 PhD students, post-docs and industrial scientists.

PANACEA organized its first users meeting in Lyon, from the 18th to the 19th of October.

PANACEA held a booth at the EUROMAR 2022 conference, we were delighted to meet you!

The University of Gothenburg is looking for a Postdoctor, highly motivated candidates to take up a postdoctoral position developing new methods in DNP-NMR.

It is of interest to gain an atomic-level insight into the nature, strength and location of zeolite acid sites to fathom their reactivity and catalytic behaviour.

The PANACEA Kick-off meeting took place in Lyon on October the 21th and 22th. The meeting was run in hybrid mode due to the travel restrictions connected to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Dynamics can render an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) difficult to crystallise, making the development of a commercially relevant process challenging, while also complicating the process of structural characterisation.

In heterogeneous catalysis, it is crucial to be able to control the structure and morphology of nanoparticles as these features are directly tied with the catalytic activity.
